RE:Optimistic Capex

RE:Optimistic CapexMaybe they'll use polar bears to power the sluicers?

You can poke lots of holes in the PEA, but you can't deny that the current MC is well below the worth of the mine (preconstruction) - currently valued at somethign like $ 10/oz in the ground...with lots more promising territory to explore.

Gold price assumed was also only $ 1600.  Not a chance it'll be that low in 3 - 5 years....but let's just imagine the ROI using today's price of around $ 2k/oz.

Not many large discoveries happening complete with low country risk (think west africa, south america, etc.)

Where there are ounces in the ground, and it's a big enough deposit, they will figure out a way to extract them.

IMO, grossly undervalued MC even with the recent SP advance.
