You can poke lots of holes in the PEA, but you can't deny that the current MC is well below the worth of the mine (preconstruction) - currently valued at somethign like $ 10/oz in the ground...with lots more promising territory to explore.
Gold price assumed was also only $ 1600. Not a chance it'll be that low in 3 - 5 years....but let's just imagine the ROI using today's price of around $ 2k/oz.
Not many large discoveries happening complete with low country risk (think west africa, south america, etc.)
Where there are ounces in the ground, and it's a big enough deposit, they will figure out a way to extract them.
IMO, grossly undervalued MC even with the recent SP advance.
