Why old CEOs in 60s are bad for tech companies

Why old CEOs in 60s are bad for tech companiesHere are some reasons why they are bad for a company that's in technology sector. Tech sector moves at light speed!

1. They are not driven because of low T.
2. They are in retired attitude...
3. no one at the company fears old low T men. in fact...old low T execs are afraid of employees.
4. they don't burn mid night oil like a young hugry ceo would.
5. old men ceo don't work in weekends and long hours. they have to shut eyes at 7 pm.
6. Nature reduces your T level at 60+...you basically are docile dog just surviving hoping no one will punch you.
7. they have enough money in personal bank so they don't care for antyhing great.
8. they don't have energy in 60s....nature takes it away.
