Dear Mr. Doumalin-White. Some feedback....

Dear Mr. Doumalin-White. Some feedback....

(ever since the lawsuit against those SH trolls we know that Mr. Doumalin-White follows this board. We also know that he mostly controls this company. Hence, I will direct some comments to him. Throwaway, one time account, not trying to defame. I have been a longtime lurker under another email but rarely post as most of the helpful comments are made by others)

But I'm tired. Roger - I have some things to say after reading the latest MDA and clinical data.

1. As usual, Roger, why do you mess around with data display and table data EVERY time.
- The ASCO swimmers plot had different colors and different shaped symbols compared to the MDA swimmers plot. Why? ASCO black diamond is CR and green Triangle is IR. Now you are switching to Green circles for CR. It is a small point but who does that? Why don't you just take the previous swimmers plot and add on to it. Just a dumb example of dumb sh*t done with data releases.
2. If you put the ASCO swimmers next to the AUA swimmers they don't match up Roger. I hope that Dr. Kulkarni can clarify. I'm so glad that a scientist will have a chance to present the data because you are truly truly terrible at it. I know that the data is not fake as Dr. Kulkarni would be in charge of it but somehow the data always seemed to be displayed in a way that doesn’t quite make sense.
3. On that note, the ASCO poster says 29 patients evaluated at 450 days. But now you display the table with 12 evaluable at 450. Umm....I'm not sure you can do that. Was Dr. Mandel ok with this. Seriously. I hope Dr. Kulkarni's poster makes more sense.

I love the science and the future of TLD-1433....
I believe it is a big thing waiting to get discovered…
I believe in Dr. Sherri….

But Roger, seriously. I have some concerns about your management. I would seriously chip in for someone to go to the Annual meeting from this board to quiz you on a few things. Anyone volunteer and we can set up a gofundme? I’m not joking.

a) I worry that you are not beating the bushes for new money very well. I see so many very early stage biotechs get lots of cash from VC's in the states. Since you are not in the lab (is anybody in the lab?) what are you doing besides organizing PP among tiny groups of people you know in Toronto, Canada.
b) Along that line I worry that the small money situation is why you have not made any progress with IND application for intravenous version of this drug. Every update reads that you are working on GLP research. Really? We see no evidence of any progress. Can someone ask Dr. Mandel for specifics on that. You can literally hire companies to do your GLP workup for you. If you have the cash. Which you never do. See point (a) above.
c) Why no additional recruitment sites? You have all the big names in Urology on the poster. You would think you would have more centers and more patients at each report but new patients come in dribs and drabs. The latest MDA is a good example. 4 patients pending at 90 days. Wow! Awesome. 11 sites and 4 new patients in the pipeline at 90 days.
d) You have been over-promising on BTD for too long. Way to get people's hopes up. Be honest and say that you were hoping for BTD but the data got a bit messier. That's life. Phase 1b was wonderful but we now have a more granular data set. We don't have 67% CR at 450 day. That is delusional to present it that way in the MDA. I think we have solid science and overall will get approval without a doubt. But BTD and AA may need more time. Could have been faster if someone worked the phone and found Biotech money to move things along. See point (a) above.

I know that you are a big shareholder of stocks and warrants but your leadership is not very good. Online reviews of working for your company hint at this. The weird CEO shakeups that were never really explained are another redflag.

I really hope you man that booth at AUA and get the word out about this science. Maybe we get some momentum on the share price since some new people will hear about the stock. Maybe you get some new centers to sign up. Anything would be nice. Really. Anything.

I have so much faith in this science but am sad that it appears to be tethered to Roger.

The science of TLD-1433 will carry the day and will get there. But when some book gets written about the evolution of the science it will likely show this new branch of oncology came about DESPITE Roger not because of his leadership. There. Prove me wrong Roger. (use that energy you put into suing dumb a**holes on the internet and prove me wrong).

Disclaimer for legal purposes: This is my opinion only. I’m sure Mr. Doumalin-White is awesome at many things. Just my opinion that running this company (behind the scenes or as CEO) is not the best use of his wonderful skillset. Again, please don’t sue this email account that disappears after 10 min using a VPN that make it look like I’m somewhere else.
