hard to believe but then again when you a have a helium company without helium, no offtake agreement here there or anywhere, two waterred out oil wells another unfinished and several million dollar over budget gas well or maybe helium well or maybe water well sitting in the abyss worth no value to the company i guess the sum of all parts does equal .16 cents
even wheels threw in the towel and is no where to be found
