Let's remind ourselves what Defamation is:
As per Merriam-Webster.com
The act of communicating false statements about a person that injure the reputation of that person. Harming someone's reputation in speech with falsehoods is known as slander, and doing so in writing is Libel.
A rational person with critical thinking skills can see that defamatory statements have been made by BW (and others). This is not to say that any action should/ would/ or will be taken against the Defamer, only that such statements, by definition, have been made.
I stand by my original post, and would like to withdraw my questions about the tinfoil hats.
