SYH Webinar Summary I just attended the webinar that Skyharbour Resources (SYH.v SYHBF) conducted today, below are some of the main highlights:
SYH has two co-flagship assets: the Russell Lake and Moore Lake Uranium Projects. These are both advanced-stage assets which SYH is exploring itself.
SYH is well into a 10,000m drill program at the Russell Lake project. SYH is in the middle of the program and expects to finish in June. SYH's CEO feels confident that the drill program is going well and that they are vectoring in on new targets. Assays from this program can be expected to be released over the summer and into the fall.
At More Lake, SYH is currently creating a Mineral Resource Estimate for the project's Maverick Zone. The MRE is expected to give investors an idea of what is at Moore, which could add value to SYH. The MRE may also help the company decide on which method of extraction is best for the project.
SYH also owns a portfolio of secondary projects. These projects either already have Joint Venture/Option Partners, or are expected to have them. SYH is able to monetize its secondary projects through these option/JV deals. Currently, SYH has 7 option agreements, 2 of which are JV Partnerships and SYH is looking for more of these partners to continue to grow that side of their business.
This morning SYH announced that it acquired 100% ownership of the 12,282-hectare South Dufferin Uranium Project from Denison Mines Corp. This project is an addition to SYH's secondary project portfolio and the company will be seeking out strategic partners to advance it. South Dufferin is a drill-ready discovery-ready project, so SYH is looking for a partner who can fund/conduct drilling, particularly in the project's basement-hosted high-grade uranium zones.
Denison Mines has also been a long-time large shareholder in SYH and also added to their position today. Notably, Denison has been a loyal SYH shareholder having held every share that they have acquired so far.

Today's acquisition brings SYH's total land package to 504,356 hectares across twenty-four properties. This makes SYH one of the 5th largest project portfolios in the Athabasca Basin which is known for hosting the world's highest-grade uranium deposits and is a top mining jurisdiction
In summary, SYH's key upcoming catalysts include:
- Continued new flows from the drill program Russel Lake drill program
- News regarding the Moore Lake resource estimate
- Announcements of new JV partners
- and 3 or 4 partners expected to start drilling over the next 12-18 months
The presentation was packed full of information so I may make another summary post soon. I will try to let you all know when SYH posts a replay of this webinar. For now, there is a lot of information available on their deck here: https://skyharbourltd.com/_resources/presentations/corporate-presentation.pdf?v=0.884
