not unusual to see class action when stock prices decline (especially if people bought near the IPO price...I think it was $4- a share when that suit was announced?
But you're right there may be connections. There was another accounting issue earlier in 2022 with the same auditor involved and they had to go back.... CFO's and Auditors are paid the big bucks to make sure those issues do not happen...but they happened.
