I don't like to vote against company proposals, as I have stated in the past, but I will withhold voting at all and let the rest of the shareholders decide the outcome of the various proposals. I have heard from some of the other large shareholders and know that one is voting against two board members and others plan to vote,or already have voted, in favor of all proposals. As a result, my best guess is there is a high probability all the proposals will pass, especially since THTX has hired a proxy solicitiation firm to help them round up as many votes as possible.
