Could you clarify what you feel this point would imply if true?

Is the interpretation that Opppenheimer would provide coverage by analysts and a recommendation?

Or that Oppenheimer is midwifing a potential deal?

Or that Oppenheimer is somehow orgaizing some financing for ONCY?
