RE:DREAM OFFICE NEEDS TO DO THIS

RE:DREAM OFFICE NEEDS TO DO THISThe DIR units never really made sense imo. Anyone who wants money in DIR can go ahead and buy that directly through DIR.UN. I'm sure DIR will continue to be a fine investment however combining DIR with Dream Office guarantees the DIR units will not be properly valued just like we see with Artis and most other diversified REITs.

I feel like maybe we can eke out a bit more from the DIR units however I would be very happy to see more DIR units sold if DIR more closely approaches full NAV. It would be nice to see at least enough DIR units sold to fully fund the renewal of the Dream Office NCIB (~$40 million).

Exit non-core downtown  TO completely.

Have about 20 downtown yonge street/bay/king properties with a sub 40% debt and 20 million shares.
