RE:Crawling Back InNice to see the noble and wise Redrum back on this board. I agree with your assessment of the spinouts. Just as Dino was well ahead of the game with the Prospect Generator model, I believe he is now creating a very forward-thinking exit strategy.
One thing I see with respect to his Goliath reference is that several properties like Clone in that area are co-owned with Silver Grail. As a result I'm accumulating Silver Grail again. These claims are in the path of Goliath's massive expansion around the Cambria Ice Field. My bet is that the next spinout will consolidate ownership of these properties under a single new company. Silver Grail would contribute its ownership and Teuton would provide its stakes to the new company. Fiji, Tonga, Ram, Clone, Midas, Konkin Silver, Bay Silver, Gold Mountain. Something like that.
That would leave us in the end with four companies. Company X, New Silver Grail, Teuton with all of the NSR's as a pure royalty company and Treaty Creek eventually going its own way except for the .98% royalty plus the 1% Teuton will buy back from St. Andrew Gold Fields on the peripheral claims, giving it 1.49% NSR on everything else found at Treaty Creek. Perhaps Treaty East stays with Teuton to comply with regulations on exploration.
The sum of these pieces should easily exceed the current market cap of Teuton. The spinouts would be free to pursue exploration going forward, or continue giving out options, making for a more aggressive future exploration process for all of the claims. Mr. Sprott would have substantial stakes in all of the companies from day one. Teuton, the royalty company would be able to take its cash from Treaty Creek and invest in other mineral streams while still being able to give out a dividend. Or merge with another royalty company for better scale. So many good options now.
Getting back to Redrum, I hope you stick with Teuton as this all plays out, but maybe you could stop coming in on top of my bids for the stock thank you please.
