Getting on Nasdaq is easy. Sustaining share price momentum post-listing is more challenging. CEOs frequently talk of uplisting when "the time is right". Which entails keeping the story going after the initial excitement fades.
There is an interesting article at link that reports on the behavior of SP when uplisting to a major exchange. The author found that uplisters typically got a pop in SP as a result of the uplist. But most had a significant drop several months later.
A case in point. During 2015, 90% of the uplifters traded lower than the listing price within a year. He did not offer an explanation why. I suspect that the economic environment was partly responsible.
Better to wait for conditions that will help sustain the momentum after uplisting IMO
