RE:RE:Can anyone explain...I have to think that Desjardins is back as CEO to turn around and pretty up the company for being bought out.

He has built and sold other asset managers and will want to sell this one as well.

And while he gets it ready I suspect the dividend is safe.  A reduction is already priced in so if they announce the 22 cents for the next dividend, the SP is headed back up quickly.
