Johnny, now you really have to explain me where LINAMAR/LINDA HASENFRATZ made the huge
FOR EVERY WOLF ON WALL STREET.
1rst - It will not be easy that the "wolfs will succeed to take over LINAMAR"
2nd - Nearly 1/3 of Linamar's share capital is controled by the family Hasenfratz
3rd - Or, Hasenfratz can convert their shs into new voting/pref - e.e. 1 old shs give 2 new ones
3a - This would mean 1 shs 1 vote - in this case an unfriendly take over were impossible.
4rd - Linamars&Exros new "e-axle equipped with Exro's Coil Driver" is still in it's 2nd test phase
5th - Provided, that all the test had been successful, the worldwide mass production can begin

AUDI (VOLKSWAGEN) by Terrence Johnsson on Exro's Board of Directors 7%
MERCEDES-BENZ by 3%
Ford & GM with total 5%
TOYOTA 5%
(in relation with their JV with SEA Electric for their HINO Trucks - equipped to EXRo Coil Drivers where Exro is s shareholder
ZF GROUP / Friedrichhafen, Germany by 3%
Wolong Electric Group & Geely Automotive with total 4%
Would give 42 % of all the outstanding shs. (Rest free floating shs)
NOT EVERY ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANY HAS AT THE END TO BE A SHAREHOLDER!
HOWEVER, AT THE END IT HAS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE "TO SUCCEED IN STARTING AN UNFRIENDLY SHAREHOLDER ATTACK" .....by TESLA (ELON MUSK NEVER!!" & or BYC or other Chinese Car Manufacturers.
In a special agreement,all the ANCHOR INVESTORS have to confirm in a written contract that
they have not the intention/possibility to start a take-over.
