GT Gold's large mineral resource comprises an Indicated resource containing 1.81 Blb copper and 3.47 Moz gold and an Inferred resource containing 2.98 Blb copper and 5.46 Moz gold.
On March 10, 2021 it was announced that Newmont was purchasing all outstanding shares for $3.25 per share in an all cash transaction.
Comparing only AuEQ values GT Gold had a total of 8.93 Moz gold vs Treaty Creek's 30.73 Moz gold, TC has 3.44 times that of GT Gold. Simple Calc $3.25 x3. 44 =$11.18 per share.
TUD's 60% = $6.70 per share.
Treaty Creek's grades are also superior by far. PP well funded and drills ready to rock, we investors look forward to the promised PEA and more positive news.
All IMHO so DYODD.
