Nasdaq uplist thoughtsWith the onging debate on the timing of the uplisting, I scoured the net and came across these articles. Both are concise and pinpoint the issues, pros and cons, in my opinion.
https://eventusag.com/the-pros-and-cons-of-uplisting/ https://smallcapinstitute.com/three-characteristics-of-companies-that-successfully-uplist/ Johnny, you are bang on with respect to the benefits associated with uplisting. The question is all about the timing based on what I am seeing.
In that respect, I believe we have a couple of people on board that have previously stickhandled uplistings to the Nasdaq and, quite likely, other exchanges. Certaintly Rod Copes is one and i'm guessing Ray Millien is no slouch either.
And most importantly, we have a CEO that refuses to compromise. No shortcuts. We do it right or we don't do it all. Utimately Sue will make the call when the time is right. Given that she clearly burns no bridges (Wolong), I have no doubt that she has Alan Gaines ear as well should she need it.
So, when will we see it? Who knows. My guess is before the end of the year when the ducks are all in a row, new partnerships currently under NDA announced, SOP comes on board, new signficant orders booked etc. Maybe even a couple of heavy hitters on the BOD.
My impression is that you don't get second chances to shine when you move from the sandbox to the beaches of Waikiki. Talk about scrutiny.
