Read the 43-101 report and explain why you are talking about unrealistic ounces. 
 
Seabridge only has the advantage of being a few years ahead in the timeline, but for the last few years it has been stagnant. Waiting for major investors (for what, really) to fund the mine is evidence of uncertainty about the economic feasibility of the mine. 
 
CAPEX is skyrocketing, especially because they want/need to drill two tunnels through someone else's territory (Tudor) that don't get any cheaper with each year of delay. 
 
Tudor is working on the PEA, which is the logical next step.
 
So your comment is worthless for all investors who want to learn and take something here.
