RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financials"Hoodwinked" seems like a good descriptive word for these types that abandon their responsibility to their shareholders.
Sadly the stockmarket is rife with this type of scenario.
Are they just bad at business or do they intend to tank these companies deliberately.
It probably explains why they reward themselves so generously with renumeration of wages, incentives, free or cheap stock and options whether the company is doing well or not!
SEC and others charged with policing this need to have a fire lit under their azzes before this type of behavior destroys the junior stock market and the financing that is a last resort for lots of companies of good potential.
I suspect that there is too much money being shared around to the SEC and friends for small investors to lose confidence to invest in these hopeful entrepreneurs.
And they put Martha Stewart in jail, mostly because she was Martha Stewart. In my mind these guys that are mainlining investors money into their pockets deserve jail more than Martha Stewart who was locking in her investment.
