RE:RE:RE:1st QuarterSeems  like  a cost   reduction  measure  as   the   CFO   will   in   addition   become  the  acting   CEO  as   well    at least   for  now.  Since   they  wished   him   well  ,  it   may be   a  mutually  agreeable  departure   perhaps  requiring   a   financial  package  for    the  departed person  .
