Glencore & share consolidation

If Teck combines the A & B shares does anyone know what value will be put on each share holdering and how many shares of the combined shares will each shareholder get visa what they currently own..

Also does anyone have an idea if company was sold to Glencoe what the value of A & B shares will be set at, provided they haven't combined before then.
