RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Historical coresThey don't have an underground permit, and I doubt they'll get one now.  Why spend. big bucks trying?  Even if they get one, what's the NPV if they have to essentially pay a new 10% tax.  Most of these projects won't be viable.
