Canada's Support for Mining Industry + info VLT in new video As the demand for electric vehicles and other modern electric technologies continues to rise, the need for lithium is expected to skyrocket. In a recent video by Pinnacle Digest, Canada's support for the mining industry and the extraction of critical minerals such as lithium is discussed, with a special focus on Volt Lithium Corp. (VLT.v or VLTLF for US investors; Formerly Allied Copper Corp).

The video delves into Volt's primary lithium brine asset, The Rainbow Lake Project, which covers a vast area of approximately 435,000 acres and holds oil-field brines with lithium concentrations of up to 119 mg/L. Volt's strategic location within an existing oil and gas operation provides them with access to pre-existing infrastructure, including a significant number of wells, and offers them the opportunity to minimize capital expenditures, leverage regulatory benefits, and reduce the need for obtaining new permits.
Volt aims to make Rainbow Lake the first oil field brine project in North America to host a Direct Lithium Extraction operation. Volt is currently testing its abilities to extract lithium from the project's brines in a pilot production program. During the pilot, Volt will simulate a commercial environment to both product economics for the project and determine which equipment will be optimal once they move on to full-scale production. Results from this program are expected to be released by the end of June 2023.
Furthermore, the video showcases Volt Lithium's overall strategy and goals while being transparent about the challenges associated with scaling up the extraction process, making it an informative watch for anyone interested in investing in the company.
