SILICON -- AMPRIUS

SILICON -- AMPRIUS Spoke about this company weeks ago...
Guess they're gaining traction.

Silicon anode has 7x more energy density than ( graphite ).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thing is....
Halted far too long.
Makes for a great excuse to sell off our, silicom cliams.
All.... the silicon claims for a mere $250k
Enough to pay an accountant and lawyer fees.

With a caveate of,
The agreement also grants MGX a one-time contractual
right of first offer for the purchase at market prices of the lesser of,
(a) 100,000 tonnes of 99% silica, or
(b) 50% of total output production from the property.

First right to but 100k tonnes of - raw silica - market rates...
Using the 99% grade works out to,
$250/tonne
x 100k tonnes
= $250k

Imagine that,  sell away ( all ) silica claims for $250k
And.... oh, we'll let you ( buy ) 100k tonnes of your own
silicon which just so happens to equate to = $250k.

Anyone have any idea how important high purity - silica claims
are on the world stage ?
Real important....

Sure....one could obtain - silicon metal - with beach sand...
but....lors of impurities = costly to refine.

Versus....high purity = melt and go...!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(f) the marysville.
(f) fran.
(f) Letain.
(f) GC.

Please say you still have Driftwood ?
And.... Tillicum ?

And as for the - Lucid -
Can this somehow be reworked back in, with Alberta Monopoly -
That's alot of lands....
And ...since US Gov't backed away from salton sea - Harh -
back in Oct 2022.... meaning, how much of the salton tech was
MGX's under the 55% ownership of, Lucid ?
Same tech ?
Was the tech tweaked ?

Again....
too long of halt almost gives perfect excuse to unload valuable
silica claims....not exactly fair.

Cost to buy each silica claim ?
Cost to drill out ?
Report costs ?

Did  you know.... silicon metal prices have risen over
300% since - 2018

https://www.statista.com/statistics/301564/us-silicon-price-by-type/

$134 - pound - 2018
$400 - pound - 2022

Were now in, 2023....
Silicon is expected to rise all the more.

Again, mgx had several - - silicon - - claims.
Drilling costs
Reports paid for
Silicon metal prices have risen exponentially

None of these important factors were considered.
