Former Schumer Staffer on SAFE Passing This Time?

Former Schumer Staffer on SAFE Passing This Time?Good insight article on what happened last year with SAFE and the better chance of passing this time. But again, the article does mention Schumer's intention on including social justice requirements when the Bill hits the floor. Back to the definition of "insanity". If you read the author's bio at the end, the former staffer now works for a law firm in Washington that are lobbyists for the pot industry so they have a vested interest in its passage, so somewhat biased. I'm not overly optimistic at this point, been burned too many times. GLTA
