A couple of weeks ago, I was cleaning out some old storage units in the basement (my wife wanted to get new ones - don't know why...lol).

In one of them I found a whole bunch of VCR tapes and CDs and pitched them in the garbage.  In hindsight, I should have given them to mrbb and he couda sold them for me....lol

The point is that sure, there are people who are collectors and will pay for things that are obsolete and they actually serve a useful function from an historical perspective.  But that is very different from saying that investing a company that makes VCRs (if you could find one) is a good investment.
