RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nothing like some 'leaks' on the FDA ResubmissionI have no problem voting against company proposals when they are not adequately explained and when the company hasn't proven to be able to follow through consistently on objectives. It's on them to communicate, and I feel we got very little around the proposals. I also do not feel like they have appropriately made adjustments for strategic mistakes they've made. I still do not get how they put themselves in a position to have to pay out an additional 5MM warrants to Marathon.
I also don't understand why they need such a large board, nor where those board members are adding value.
I voted against all of their proposals and every board member. I even voted against the auditing firm just to make a point, even though they are a highly reputable firm. We are way past due for positive change. They've had plenty of time to course correct, and it's just not happening.
Last year's voting results was a joke. If I were them, I would've been embarrassed, and it sounds like it may be even worse this year. Instead of listening to investor concerns and addressing them, they've alienated people like you SPCEO1 and are now spending additional money on a firm to solicite votes! Another strategic mistake on their part.
If I was in a better position, I would simply walk away from this toxic investment. There's no point now, since I'm down over 75%. My voice is pretty much limited to this vote, so I'm participating in the right to vote no and at least communicate my small part to the company in this less than efficient way.

I have heard from some of the other large shareholders and know that one is voting against two board members and others plan to vote,or already have voted, in favor of all proposals. As a result, my best guess is there is a high probability all the proposals will pass, especially since THTX has hired a proxy solicitiation firm to help them round up as many votes as possible.
