Now that the April 30th deadline has passed, If they're still interested, would'nt it make sense for Osmose to wait after the May 8th warrants expires before agreeeng to this deal? At the end of the day, they'd get a larger piece of the pie than otherwise. I doubt we're going to get any news before then....

As for the elaborate, we were told during the last CC that it was a just formality once it was submitted. Alterntive facts?
