I think we all would have liked to see it by now. Obviously CNQ's sense of urgency was less than what we would have like to see. That said, they are no longer the only viable partner. I understand the conversations with others (especially Suncor) have gained significant traction. I still expect that the first commercial agreement will be with CNQ but if they drag their feet don't be surprised to see another take their spot (and the significant incentive available to the first mover). I still believe that this will be a 2023 event with construction likely starting in '24.
