But the issue that has caused OBE to be chronically undervalued and by the way I have owned this stock for 16 plus years going back to PennWest is that they have a big problem with investors. Investors take a dim view of a company that lags doing anything directly for the investors ie. buyback or dividend. While the quarterly was good the public relations with investors is poor. The delay in the buyback due to a lack of liquidity compounds this issue. I have written Loukas about this via Investor Relations a number of times. OBE has an image problem with investors that to this point has not been dealt with. This delay in the buyback only serves to compound the problem rather than alleviate it.
