Boron One Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based international mineral exploration and development company with its assets in Serbia. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

besides the 22 mill Euro for mine development Osmose brings .............

"Besides capital, Osmose brings certain business skill sets to the partnership which will be very useful to the development of Piskanja. For example, they have extensive business contacts in Europe and will assist Erin with potential boron offtakers there. As well, they have offered their expertise in sourcing, negotiating and vetting debt financing for the Piskanja project. Additionally, they have an existing presence, contacts and influence within Serbia which will be most helpful."

BUT with a mining licence there will be more interest generated and POSSIBLY other deals proposed
