Let's be a little careful, DeadMonkey. J&J was around since RH's days but there were no formal deals that were material. Tire-kicking isn't really a deal. Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) are not material events, despite what they're called.

There were several MTAs that came and went. I asked the CEOs many times over the years whether MTAs disappeared for reasons related to the capabilities of xB3. I was always assured that xB3 was not a problem in any of them.
