you may have asked but it has been clear over the years that they were not alawys honest with you. you have no idea what actual agreements they had or didn't have.you had to go by whatever management at the time was in place told you. i'm well aware what a meterial transfer agreement is and that is not what im referring to.you do not know as much as you think you know. you only know what they let you know or wanted you to know. don't be so quick to claim you do or to discount others.
