RE:RE:RE:Debt Repayment Question.....When you look at the financial statements for year end what tinnitus is saying is entirely incorrect. im guessing just another troll (maybe our special Korean ex contractor troll?) trying to make trouble. The audit had no going concern notes and was a clean audit. This $30m is in long term debt means it’s not coming due this year....

1.Subsequent Events

Subsequent to December 31, 2022, the Company:
  1. negotiated the amendment of the Unicredit Bank loan with an aggregate principal amount of US$15,650 (Cdn$21,196) whereby the maturity date was extended from September 30, 2023 to March 31, 2024 (Note 8);
 
  1. repaid a convertible debenture in the amount of EUR2,050 (Cdn$2,981); and
