Someone is getting screwed

Someone is getting screwed FSD unveiled a product and gets slapped with a $53 million lawsuit. If anyone can tell me how they planned on making any money from this I would really appreciate it. They have another scheme up their sleeve and this time I think the shareholders may get a win and GBB will be the recipient of the screwing.
