I don't think that Signal is looking at bought deal financing at $2.50 a share.  I think they announced they are raising money at .30 a share, with warrants.

And their financings that they did do, were at 2.8% interest.  Not 20 percent interest.  And they didn't have to sign over the whole company to get the financing.

Why is Signal so different?
