K92 Mining Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the production of gold, copper and silver at the Kainantu Gold Mine in the Eastern Highlands province of Papua New Guinea, as well as exploration and development of mineral deposits in the immediate vicinity of the mine, including Blue Lake, in Papua New Guinea. The Company holds the mining rights to Mining Lease 150 (ML 150). Within and surrounding ML 150 is an epithermal vein field consisting of multiple known and highly prospective vein systems: Kora, Irumafimpa, Karempe, Judd, Kora South, Judd South, Mati, Maniape and Arakompa. Mining is focused on the Kora vein system, consisting of two dominant veins and the Judd vein system consisting of four known veins with one vein being mined. There are multiple near-mine infrastructure targets, within the Kora-Kora South, Judd-Judd South and Karempe vein systems.

RE:RE:what's with crazy volume? >7MK92 has got to be at the top of the M&A list right now. Amazing asset with huge exploration potential. About 1 year(ish) away from 300k oz PA (and eventually 500k PA!), with very little CAPEX spend. Either someone buys now or you pay a LOT more in a years time. Kinross paid more for GBR which will be in production maybe 10 years time.

I always thought NCM would be a potential suitor, but with the whole NEM takeover not so sure now. It's fun to speculate though. I mean who WOULDN'T want this mine?!

$12 is my target too, just based on technicals (charts), and that seems a reasonble price too. BUT, with the value right now in jr goldies, I'd still consider a lower amount just to get the cash to go bargain hunting. EVERYTHING is on sale righ now in jr mining land (except Lithium). I would be buying but I have no cash, unfortunately...
