Both are as discounted as is D so maybe it makes sense in their eyes to diversify their very large position in D a bit. It doesn't change the fact that FFO divided by 25% less units will mean more FFO for the rest of us. Maybe it's part of a strategy to encourage others to sell by indicating that they intend to sell - who knows!
