I don't understand this:
"During the fifteen months ended December 31, 2022 the Company recorded its investment in Nivaura Limited at a fair value of $Nil, resulting in an unrealized loss of $746,982 upon remeasurement."
How is that even possible? Why was Nivaura written down to zero? The company was sold this quarter, and it wasn't sold for zero. And what does that mean of our Nivaura code? It's worthless?
At least this is good:
"On April 25, 2023, the Board of Directors resolved to grant 115,500,000 incentive stock options to purchase common shares of the Company to its directors, officers, and consultants at an exercise price of $0.05 per share."
At least an incentive. But they are drawing big salaries and not providing anything.
NIvaura marked down to zero with Black Insure? That makes no sense and pisses me off. And they aren't doing anything over there at Black Insure either.
