Stock Price

Stock PriceSo with a stock price currently about $16 per share and ACQ earning around $8 per share of free cash flow, annually ($2 in the last quarter x 4), it should not be hard to see that if anyone or any company had access to $400 million (and many do), they could buy this entire company and have all their entire investment returned to them. in just 2 years.    Assuming they might need to offer at least a 50% premium to the share price to get enough sellers, we can make it 3 years to return all their money...and then they own this entire company for free.   I am not even going to get into the fact that the land they own under their dealerships are worth north of $7 per share alone.

At this point I think things are getting kind of silly, don't you think?   I mean investors must know what usually happens right after a recession, and that is assuming we even get one.  What always comes after a recession...the recovery.
