@Tony1969 As you can see from my above post there are 35,418,783 warrants that will expire (some already did last month) at prices between $1.05 and $1.50 per share Canadian. They all expire a year from exactly today. We trade at $0.67 Canadian right now. There is a good chance that lots of these will expire worthless. That will bring our fully diluted total share down from about 166m now to about 130m. When we raise at some point later this year then there is likely going to be more brand new warrants issued so that total just keeps shrinking and growing as it does with most of these exploration companies. Then again if we get a $3.00 per share Canadian bid in the near future (not likely in my op+ 94 more words. Click to expand

@Tony1969 Why is this a game to me? I invest in my target 2037 fund 401k for the boring X amount in bonds and X amount in equities for years now. As does my wife. She works for a Fortune 500 company for 26 years now and has been doing this per my advice for about 20 years. This is beyond boring for me. I like to do research and try to find bargains in this resource sector. I had traded in it before but got hooked on it since and OLD friend of mine told me to check out Oromin Explorations that got taken out by Teranga in 2013. Ever since I put any spare cash I have into my Etrade account and buy exploration stocks. This after doing LOTS of research. I love equities and what can I say I love the action+ 21 more words. Click to expand

@Tony1969 On a side note the FED just hiked.25% as expected. After multiple hikes during the past over a year now the gold market should be in the doldrums as higher rates in the US would mean a strong dollar meaning a 100% weak price for gold. Guess what? Gold is almost at an all time high during all of this drama. Why? Because things are about to get ugly as far as economic growth here in the US which should help gold catch an even much better bid going forward.

@Tony1969 I have had the pleasure of exchanging several emails with our BOSS and our head of IR after the PEA was put out last week. Our BOSS was very pleased with the PEA after over 2 long years of hard work to get there. He says there is lots of more work to be done to get us to where we want to be but I personally and sincerely have ZERO doubt that we have the right CEO to exploit this property to the max. It is not an easy job that he has as their are constant variables thrown at him but at the end of the day with his leadership I truly believe we will be very well rewarded....

@zg1968 Gold Fields CEO on BNN says he loves Canada and it's attractive jurisdiction. Great mining destination.

@milocat not just Goldfields, BTO that has long had a laser focus on Mali just bought Sabina up in our hood-its risk off in the mining business and stodgy, dull Canada is suddenly looking pretty good. We trade at a discount to other miners with big exposure to political risk, I expect this to change dramatically as the industry becomes aware of the potential of the Canadian north. Yeah, its cold but Wagner group isn't here. Cheap ounces and the rule of law are an unbeatable lure for the industry.

@Tony1969 Our very illiquid stock has suddenly become pretty liquid after that killer PEA they put out. 1.66m shares traded so far today before 1pm. Now at a 52 week high of $0.73C. I still say that there is a good possibility that we will see that insiders were in there today. Remember 5/4/23...

@Tony1969 Us retail guys postings here do not remotely have an influence on our stocks price. The guys who do have certain criteria that they go by to determine what to invest in. I am going to point out just 2 of several numbers put out in our PEA last week that are very important to them. 1. Number one is IRR. They put out an IRR of 35% at base case pog of $1600. 2. Number two has to do with #1. It is the pog they used in the PEA. They used a base case of $1600. We are now trading at $2053. That is over $450 per ounce higher. PERIOD...

@Tony1969 These exploration stocks are ALL about DE-RISKING. These guys headed by our BOSS have done a tremendous job in pointing this out by using conservative numbers and still blowing out expectations. Our BOSS understands "the street" VERY well. We have to give 100% credit to Mr. Salehi and the team he has built around him for this eye opening PEA...

@Tony1969 Hey basic I have been following gold for decades now and I truly do not think we even sniff $2500 US. I SO hope you are right but the powers that be are always going to want the USD to reign supreme. I am happy if we settle over let's say $2100 give or take $100 by year end. I am a VERY positive person but there are only so many times one can be let down. Gold should be over $5k per ounce US after all of these years of dollar printing as it moves almost 100% inverse of the USD. I have literally TOTALLY given up on where the POG will go and have just tried to focus on projects that seem to be VERY undervalued which is why I am here. I would not be ONE BIT surprised if they take the POG do+ 152 more words. Click to expand

@Tony1969 Gold down $44 US to $2007. Not unexpected after another strong payroll number here in the US. More ammo for the FED to keep hiking. Expected 180k jobs created and we got 235K. Not a blowout number but still strong. Let's see how NHK trades here at a 52 week high...Wage numbers came in hot too. Amazing after a 500 bip raise in rates in just over a year.....

@Tony1969 The above post is from page 10 of the new presentation. Using a long term consensus for gold of $1672 US this mine can put our $2.0 billion Canadian in free cash flow net of capex or including it. This is amazing as we trade here at here at a market cap of about $65 million US. These figures unlike gold (as it is constantly fluctuating) can only grow with further discoveries and or more ounces added to the LOM plan....

@Tony1969  On a different topic (one I touched yesterday) about the general market and Apple. I sold my dad's last 600 shares today at $173.23. I believe that the US equity market will be in a range of let's say S&P 3750 to 4250 for the foreseeable future. We are now at 4130 as I post this. I see very limited upside and maybe 10% downside in the broad index mentioned above. Maybe 15% if it gets really bad. There is a credit crunch that is currently already happening but I do not think (actually I know) it is not yet reflected in the US equity market. I use the S&P 500 as it is what all money managers get judged by. I have managed to to increase my dad's equity account by 16.4% so far this year. I a+ 124 more words. Click to expand

@Tony1969 As far as NHK. It will back and fill here with short term holders taking profits. Even after this run it is still dramatically undervalued compared to its peers. Management has put out a tremendous PEA using very conservative numbers. Those who may be interested in this property are now fully aware of this. Again as far as NHK we keep drilling and putting out ever growing studies...Nice weekend ladies. Enjoy the Derby CudStud.. Pun intended...

@Tony1969 This is the gist of my above rant which should eventually be good for gold as rates here in the US will ease: "Commercial bank lending dropped nearly $105 billion in the two weeks ended March 29, the most in Federal Reserve data back to 1973.” This is the greatest plunge in new business loans in recorded history for this statistic and therefore the sharpest tightening of credit conditions in history."

@Tony1969 Something is wrong here. Record low unemployment today but bank lending is at historical lows. Something is structurally broken. To me it is common sense which usually means I am wrong but knowing that lending is SO important to the US economy perhaps I am not this time. Time will tell but I think this banking situation is what will finally kick inflation in the balls here in the US....I am going to go out on a limb and guarantee it as if it has any ramifications to me or the world.

@Tony1969 The FED will not hike past Q2 2023. That I am willing to bet on. Any takers?

@zoomzoomzoom You would need energy to cooperate

@Tony1969 Hey Zoom energy has already started to cooperate. Oil 52 week high per barrel was $124 low was $64. We touched $67 two days ago. If it were not for the so called war going on in Ukraine then it would be lower. I say so called because it has become like every other war. Just sell arms baby. Who cares who dies or is collateral damage. Sad but so true. X Corps (plural) sell $X in weapons to the US and other countries around the world. The weapons do get sent to Ukraine. The thing is that let's say 80% as far as the cost of those weapons gets accounted for and the other 20% falls into the hands of the military industrial complex. Look it up. Not saying that Putin is into false flags as far as Uk+ 142 more words. Click to expand
