I believe that it is a huge mistake to set up separate administration and sales for potpreneurs when the biggest concern is underage consumers having access to an adult vice.
The alcohol industry is well versed and capable of providing that security to the cannabinoid industry without having to have a different venue because some "prohibitioner" wants to save us from ourselves! They have protected underage kids from the legal alcohol business for decades and it is a no-brainer for me to allow adults to make their own decisions about the indulgences or mixing their vices.

Right now it is very unfair for potpreneurs trying to build out a new vice industry with some States being legal and some not and pharma use being legal in some and not others. That and no access to banking tools or brokerages for financing through normal business channels which leaves potpreneurs open to predatory financing and usury by lenders charging ridiculous rates for marijuana loans.
It is a big step to change Federal rules that currently pack an untenable wallop that can be wielded at will by enforcement officials to seize investments, assets and criminally charge individuals if they are relying on the State Law protection that is nothing more than a handshake deal between the Feds and State as to who will administer justice and enforce.
I think this explains a lot why Canadian LPs are tip-toeing around on full blown launched on US soil.
US voters are tiring of the political shenanigans with regard to legal pot and International players are seeking a level playing field or at least a fair set of rules to invest billions of dollars in US business.
