there was an attempt to oust david pathe back in 2014 which failed.  he claimed the company was being used to enrich themselves...kind of like the personal piggy-bank thing i mentioned earlier.  it would seem armoyan may not have been too far off the mark.

i always vote against whatever they are asking for,
