Wild West

Wild WestA lot of "funny" stuff going on in Bolivia. Not talking just GTE.  Corporations with U.S. and CN listings appear to be skirting securities regulations at whim. Who is going to go down there to investigate?
If someone does, they will probably get disappeared. Safe jurisdictions are dwindling rapidly throughout the world. Enforcement mechanisms can't begin to keep up with the shenanigons that are going on. So many goverments are corrupt that no one knows who to trust. All we have to do to get an inkling of how ingrained corruption is becoming is take a look at the U.S. Supreme Court for starters.
