I dont believe for a secondThat both the CEO, PRESIDENT AND CHAIRMAN
all suddenly got sick and had to leave their jobs a couple
of days before the deal and a couple of days after the deal.

They know legal problems are coming there way, so they
run and hide, but a sopena will find them.
