Best strategy for D.UN
Continue with NCIB to slowly eat up the remaining D.UN shares after the SIB.

Sell DIR on the open market very strategically to get a better price.....start at  $15  and do every 0.25 higher up to $17 (at NAV just sell it all). 

After they have a pile of cash from DIR sales by the fall, and D still remains weak or sub $18 let's say, when the iron is hot, do another SIB that is around 10 million shares. 

At this point its game over for the shorts completely.  It either trades at $25 being almost fully instutionally owner, or a privatization comes  shortly thereafter for a much more reasonble price.
