You pay .29 cents because that's what the share price was when the binding MOU was signed, as many have stated numerous times already.

Contemporary share prices mean nothing.

they obviously have BIG plans to get the share price above their investment level and above the warrant level.

after the PP closes (shortly), we will need to see the subsequent plans for MASSIVE userbase
