End gameThese guys need to sell 1 or 2 more buildings at NAV and DIR and it's a privatization and improving debt or stands the same.   I strongly feel they'll do one more by end of year,  then DAM and Sandpiper pay a decent price for the very tiny amount left... if any.  Good chance this happens between $16 and 22.
