RE:RE:TenderI dont think the post-SIB will add stability per say.   12.5 million shares is still a lot and we know the traders/bots/algos and shorts will have their fun again.   Thats how the market works.  Even small cap REITS with low liquidity like PLZ.UN just trickle down every day when the reit sector was under pressure. In fact it would not at  all surprise me for D.UN to drift back down...not to $12.50 persay but maybe back to $14's and even $13....I'll definitely be trying to buy that dip and try to have as many shares as I can for the FINAL TAKEOUT or SIB #2!  Especially if I see DIR still above $14.50
