RE:Construction at Sangdong1dollarinto2 wrote: I couldn't be much happier with the most recent update from Almonty. The highlights for me are:
1. "The final drive is now expected to arrive in May 2023." - this suggests the shipping time was on the shorter end of the range Lewis mentioned at the last IIF.
2. 99% of the long lead time equipment already arrived and 75% of the short lead time equipment will be loaded for transport in May. Lewis can confirm the ship time for the short lead equipment on the May 10th IIF, I expect it to be two months or less.
3. The the new 4 MW power system is real, tangible, construction progress with pictures, same with the pictures of surcace scalping.
With construction acutally underway I am looking forward to Lewis providing an updated timline for starting production at the May 10th IIF. I am thinking the reason Almonty didn't update their investor presentation after the last IIF was because the timlines were only estimates until the ship date was confirmed. Now that the ship dates are confirmed I expect we will have an updated presentation soon with a very accurate estimation of production starting.
An updated presentation fits with the comment from Lewis about letting the wider investing market know all about Almonty.
Is anyone planning on asking questions during the IIF presentation? If so, what are you curious about?
On your last comment, I have no questions to ask on the next IIF. 7 forum for my part, as the process plant area scalping clearly indicates readiness for the civil concrete works to begin.
It is now Spring over there and a perfect time to start this.
This might be a perfect time to introduce our new PR person ?
I think this person should be South Korean, as the next step is to establish listing in South Korea SX as the process plant build progresses and gains interest.
That might be a question to ask by others ?
