My goodness Bogfit! Maybe I can hire you as my matchmaker seeing how well you're getting to know me :) Women above 25 years though please! I know that’s a lot older than what you typically go for…
I see that the NCU stockhouse forum provides you with some sense of "community" for your lonely soul, and an audience for your constant negative opinions about a company you have no money invested in (long or short). Nobody on the AAON board engages with you... I’m glad we found each other Pal! :)
You're like many other retail investors who believe Nevada Copper won't succeed given your strong belief in the narrative from the tidbits of information available from the Press Releases. Note, NCI is Pala’s puppet, Pala pulls the strings, and they are known to be a very aggressive PE firm, I did a lot of research on them. They don’t invest in companies without a massive amount of due diligence and given Nevada Popper’s massive copper reserves, they would want a big chunk of it for themselves for all the time and money invested throughout the years.
You see, Pal, people believe a narrative, people are emotional beings… retail investors (most of them) trade with emotions… If you go back down memory lane in the Short report for the last 3 years, you will notice a pattern that coincides with the different events that occurred over at NCI. I wish this was “made up” but it’s there for anyone to see. I posted about this before... but maybe it's too hard for you to swallow that fact after sucking on your cows teat every chance you get.
Do you see how many times Nevada Copper’s string of Press Releases included the below in highlighted yellow? (scroll down) Sure it’s necessary, but why didn’t we receive a recent Press release notifying us that Nevada Copper now meets the requirements? They don’t G.O.S about the public… and did not hold back on publishing the information that would scare the cr*p out of retail investors.
This is Pala’s baby and they’re accumulating a large chunk of ownership at sentiment prices… Why is almost 80% of NCI owned by private equity in Switzerland? Can't Asian PE firms join the club? To me, this seems like a controlled ownership acquisition of companies that can also benefit from other synergistic businesses opportunities with Nevada Copper.
Although Nevada Copper believes that it will be in compliance with all continued listing requirements of the TSX upon the closing of the Restart Financing Package, no assurance can be provided as to the outcome of such review or continued qualification for listing on the TSX. There can be no assurance that the TSX will accept the application for the use of the financial hardship exemption from the requirement to obtain shareholder approval described above.
I’m not trying to change anyone’s mind. I’m pointing out what I’m seeing and how being a contrary investor opens up a lot of financial opportunities.
Abundance!
